Organic Mind Unit Recording Policy {:}

 

 

It is the current policy of Organic Mind Unit and Eyes Wide Open Productions that sound recording  of live performances is allowed and encouraged, providing the following:

1. Permission to record the event is not prohibited by the venue, or specifically by Organic Mind Unit, Eyes Wide Open Productions.
2. The sound recording itself or copies of it are not sold or distibuted for profit.

Visual recordings of Organic Mind Unit performances, such as VHS recordings, are prohibited unless written permission is provided by Organic Mind Unit.   Visual recordings of Organic Mind Unit performances may not be sold or distibuted for profit by any anothorized parties.

 

Organic Mind Unit and Eyes Wide Open Productions reserve the right to modify this recording policy.
