the 'Mister Burns Bubbler 2001??"
November gave OMU
a chance to get out and play some more.shows, after being couped-up in the the_studio, finishing up the forthcoming_Unusual Suspects album (Due out by New Year - read.news on the Unusual Suspects
project).
11-04 at.The Note was OMU's last gig with_B-Movie
Fiendz for 2000 and the first gig with Mudkids.
Word has it that the B-Movies have gone back to the studio to work on their
next album.
11-05 was the .1ST
Annual Chicago DJ Summit at Rapture
where X Man of.La Junta hosted OMU's performance - the only live
act on the scene.
11-22 At .S.A.T.A., once again, a W I D E R crowd was feelin it, OMU
being the only live presence (Imperial Fam was there and all, but let's
face it: a set of tables just can't compete with live
beats! -.know it).
... In other news,.Verbal Kent and .Willis
Drummond2 were reported causing a
"disturbing scene" over at Jack's restaurant after the S.A.T.A. show.

Well, Troopers and Troopettes!
I mean, Well, Troopers and Troo
pettes, how are you? Yes, You! Well, hopefully you fine people saw my man,_Mr. Burns sacrifice
his head for Hip Hop and the art: It was ugly, and if you don't know, you better ask!
Mr. Burns reported a crummy start to the otherwise horrible sound system. I
got up there in Wicker Park, just in time to catch a horrible glare at midshow madness!
Oh! Mr. Burns says, 'Thanks to the max for Max!"
Chill and relax._Verbal Kent got Mad
Skillz battlin fools in their own arena, what! Much personality, great stage
presence and peep the delivery._Willis D2 the_Infinite Black is some emcee to be peeped, yo! This solo he did was pretty damn
good! Again, the O.M.U. rhythm section does the unspeakable! The heds nod even
thru bad sound, astounding! Well, if you weren't there, you better ask! I'm
not here to gossip people!
Mr. Burns sends his shouts to Seel
and Tom? and Imperial Fam and S.A.T.A. and Blue men menna kawza dema much rawkas and
B-Boys, M.C.'s and all attendees of the pre-turkey jam.
Well it's gray again. I
just want to say that all of my people are what make me what I am. That may not mean
much to you, yes you. But, if I meet you, if I see you, if you see me, if we
interact, that you have begun to make me. Peace and one love, Happy
Christmas, Merry Kwanzaa, and a wonderful New Year 2001? If we don't speak, then
I'll see ya'll on the otherside. Blessings infinite.
